Brittany Lissington (nee Surgenor)
Growing up in the heart of New Zealand’s pounamu country, I followed in my father’s footsteps by entering the family greenstone business in 2012. Since then I have supplied wholesale and retail customers across New Zealand and the globe. I am now blazing my own trail, specialising in hand-carving traditional pendants and mere from my own workshop, alongside raising a family on the wild West Coast. Our workshop is not far from the banks of the Pounamu bearing Hokitika River, right in the heart of New Zealand's Jade country. All of our stone has been sourced locally, from the western side of Te Waipounamu (the South Island).
