Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping costs. We recommend using a courier to return any products, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carvedinstonenz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and a photo of any damaged packaging. We will work to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please note that each product is unique and we may not be able to provide an exact replacement.
